How, when and where do you ship?

Every package is provided with an internationally traceable tracking number. From the moment you place your order, to the moment it arrives at your home, you will be able to track it every step of the way.

We cover all shipping risks. If your package is lost or destroyed during delivery, we will reship the order or refund it at our expense. You will never be charged anything extra, because we cover all delivery risks at our expense.

How long is delivery?

All orders that have been provided a tracking number can be expected around 7-14 days after date of purchase (this is including our 48 hour processing period and usual carrier delays). Remember, sometimes shipping time may vary depending on the country your order is being sent to.

PROCESSING TIME

Order processing on in stock items takes 24 - 48hrs (business days) from the time of payment. After that the shipping option chosen applies. You will get an email confirmation from our shipping department.

SHIPPING

Depending on the availability, your watch(es) will be sent from either our European warehouse or from our Hong Kong warehouse. All packages are shipped through International Express Air Mail.

How do I track my order?

After your purchased replica watch has been sent to you, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment at the courier's website. While supplying the tracking number we will also notify you with which courier service we used and supply you with a link to their website.
